I've had the worst possible start to 2022.....oh no not another moaning post! 🤦🏻♀️
I don't have many disasters but on 30 December, while putting bread out for the birds, pesky birds it's all their fault 🐦🪶, I slipped and fell in the garden. Would you believe a whole 3-5 seconds could change everything. As I fell I heard the unmistakable cracks and crunches as bones breaks 🙉🙉🙉, if you've been there you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't don't try to imagine it as it's like fingernails down a blackboard (you have to be my age to understand that one).
The result was me sitting on my bum with my left foot on back to front. It's not a good look.
I'll not go into the shitshow that followed in an unavailable ambulances, overstetched miserable healthcare staff, surgery and 10 long days in hospital debacle. However, I'm back home and feeling ok although I've a long way to go.
Since I can't get to my workshop up the hill in the garden, I'm left with sewing by hand on the sofa, small things, no bags and working on new designs.
There's still 20% off all bags in store til 31 January as the best way to thank you for looking and buying.
Hopefully everything will be back to normal by spring. If you don't like gory pictures please avert your eyes....but to those that love a bit of horror........ 😱🦿❤️
